Player Awards
Player awards are submitted to Mass Hockey for players who have achieved one of the following:
- Hat Trick (3 goals in a game)
- Playmaker (3 assists in a game)
- Zero Award (aka "shut out")
A player is eligible for each of these awards once per season and will be awarded a patch that can be attached to a sweatshirt, jacket, hat, etc.
To submit your player for one of these awards, click on the link and follow the instructions to fill out the form for each player for the season.
